That’s not her underwear, it’s part of a leotard. The pink part of her costume is all one piece. She’s probably wearing a thong (mmm), then pantyhose , then the leotard.

Underwear goes “under” pantyhose. It might be a pair of tights or “spanks” like what cheerleaders wear. In the video you can see they are either attached to or go under the corset. So if they are actual panties , they some granny panties! . We must get to the “bottom” of this! LOL.

They’re called bloomers. It’s what ladies wear underneath skirts that are either very voluminous like that and are likely to be tossed up and around, like cheerleading skirts. It’s not underwear and while it’s not necessarily something to be “shown” per se, it protects her modesty a little more and it’s there for the off chance that her skirt does fly up, like it did here.
