So… I went to see my girl Ariana again. =D

Ariana Grande Concert at the Anaheim House of Blues

Miss Grande played the House of Blues in Anaheim CA on 2/23/12 and of course I had to be there to support her. 😉 I loved the sparkly red top on her. She is so pretty it hurts. <3

Yeah, I really do have it bad for this girl.

But you gotta admit, it’s easy to see why.

    I wouldn’t have minded a slightly more leggy outfit…

  • Victoria Justice & friends at the LA County Fair (Nick Version)

Victoria Justice & friends at the LA County Fair (Nick Version)

Alright, now this is fun. This is my first split post between both main blogs, DC Fans and Nick Girls. But first, some background.

Victoria Justice LA County Fair Concert

I was at the LA County fair day before yesterday (9/17/11) to see the lovely and talented Victoria Justice in concert.

This show also includes a performance from her Victorious co-star Leon Thomas III. I actually got there early enough to catch the end of his soundcheck.

Victoria started by playing three songs: “Make it Shine” …

then “Beggin’ On Your Knees” …

and her new single “All I Want is Everything.”

Then we heard a couple songs from Leon.

Before Victoria came back in a hot new outfit for three more songs: “Best Friend’s Brother”…

    “Freak the Freak Out”…

before concluding with a cover of Smash Mouth’s “All Star”

Did you see her dancing in that last one? She’s such a dork and I love her for that. <3

See, but that’s not all that happened! Roshon Fegan, Allisyn Ashley Arm, and Kicking Daisies were all there too!

But if you want the full story behind that, you’ll have to click over to the DC Fans blog.

  • Victorious Wal-Mart Soundcheck Concert in LA

Victorious Wal-Mart Soundcheck Concert in LA

Last night I went to see Victoria Justice and the cast of Victorious perform for the Victorious WalMart Soundcheck Concert in LA at the historic Avalon Theater at Hollywood and Vine. Yay for run on sentences!

Victorious Wal-Mart Soundcheck Concert in LA

Because they were filming it, I figured they’d have pretty tight security and not let cameras in. I mean, camera flashes are pretty disruptive. So I only brought my phone. But no, they didn’t search us at all. Damn.

Anyway, Vic did five separate songs, and she sang three of them twice (for the cameras).

I ended up being just left of center, second row. Pretty damn good I thought. Between the sets, Victoria ran across the front and she touched my hand. <3

One of the songs she did was a duet with Leon Thomas called “Song For You.”

The whole cast sang “I Want You Back,” originally performed by the Jackson 5.

My girl Ariana Grande was like five feet away from me at one point. <3

Of course, she hugged me last year, so I don’t think there’s getting any closer than that.

Liz Gillies was looking great too. That little black dress was to die for.

Liz also ran across the front like Vic did, but she skipped my hand.

The professional video from the event should be released later this year when the Victorious Soundtrack is released. Until then, you can find a few more vids on my youtube.

And as always, click any photo to see the full set. Despite not having my good camera, I was still close enough to get some nice shots. 😉
