Ashley Argota – Pasadena Kids Expo

So on Friday night Ashley tweeted that she was gonna be at an event on Saturday…

I'll be at the Pasadena Kids Expo from 12p-3p hanging out at the @GarysPlayground booth. Come say hi! I don't bite & I give great hugs. Xo

— Ashley Argota Torres (@ashleyargota9) January 12, 2013

… well, short notice as it was I was still able to go. 🙂

The Pasadena Kids Expo is “filled with non-stop family entertainment, vendors, stage presentations and parent resources. The California Baby & Kidz Expos showcase the latest products, services, info & advice for parents and offers a one-stop-shopping experience for California families.”

Yeah, I stuck out like a sore thumb. xD

But I got to see her at least.

And I picked up another autograph. That is quite the black dress. 😉

Oh, and I should probably mention why she was there. xD

Gary Spatz’s Playground is an on-camera school for young actors. Ashley is an alumni… or whatever the appropriate term is for acting school.

Here’s their flyer from the event if you want more information on them. 🙂

And of course, you can see a few more of my original photos from the event in the gallery. Just click on any pictures above. 🙂

Ashley Argota – Twitter Pictures

I never see that much of Ashley Argota.

She’s been working on her music a lot recently…

… even doing a few concerts lately …

… but I never see much of her.

In fact, I think some of the best photos of her are the ones I took personally. LOL

Still, she has posted some really cute pics on her twitter and instagram recently.

These few I’ve picked out are some of my favorites…

… but you can click any photo above to see the rest of the set in the gallery as always.

Ashley Argota – Lollipop Game Day 2009

We’re going way back with this set, all the way to 2009.

That year was the Inaugural Lollipop Game Day at Nickelodeon’s Animation Studio in Burbank.

And obviously, Ashley Argota was there that day.

As were some of her fellow Nick girls like Erin and Jennette.

And oh my gosh, Debby Ryan was there too! She’s not a Nick girl.

She sure has grown up a lot since then. Ashley & Jennette don’t look that much different now.

Anyway, click any pic above to see the rest of the set. 🙂

Ashley Argota – Kids Choice Awards 2009

I found some lovely pics of Ashley Argota from the Kids Choice Awards 2009.

In fact, I think there are more pics from the 2009 KCAs then there were from the 2012 KCAs!

And I won’t even begin to discuss what happened to 2010 & 2011. xD

You know what I find most interisting? How Miss Argota still looks pretty much exactly the same.

I mean, if I didn’t see the date on the wall behind her, I could believe this was taken this week!

Anyway, you’ll find the rest of the set in the gallery, as always. 🙂

Ashley Argota – Paul Frank FNO Party in LA

So this past Thursday night was Fashion’s Night Out.

As a guy, this was news to me, but apparently it’s kind of a big deal. 🙂

There were a number of FNO events across the country, including multiple events (plus VMA after parties) across the LA area.

I just happened to have the luck to catch up with Ashley Argota at Paul Frank’s Dream Catchin’ FNO Party in LA.

Doesn’t she look absolutely fabulous in that leopard print dress?

And I loved the peace symbol earrings. They were quite bejeweled and looked pretty heavy.

Also if you were wondering, the glow band isn’t a weird new fashion accessory… they were the wristbands to get in. I still have mine… somewhere. xD

Oh, and Debby Ryan was there too. But that’s a story for another blog.

I did good on the carpet, but my “candids” didn’t come out nearly as well as the profesional pics. Fortunately, Ashley has some of those posted on her official website. She also tweeted this:

So mad I missed that! Next time I gotta make sure I get there on time. xD

Victoria Justice, Ashley Argota, and Keke Palmer Candids from 2009

This is old, but I thought this was a really cool set.

I mean, when was the last time you saw Victoria Justice, Ashley Argota, and Keke Palmer all hanging out together?

And just for the record, this particular set was from the 2009.

I guess Victoria has always liked short shorts.

Ashley’s looking mad cute here as well.

And Keke, well, she’s not really my type. But she’s cool.

Also, I love how Vic filmed the rollercoaster ride. I’m sure it’s a great view of the back of Ashley’s head. xD

You can see the full set in the gallery as always.

Bucket & Skinner Cast – Kids Help Children Benefit

I know I already did a post about Ashley Argota at this event but there was just too much for one post!

As you can see, I also met her “TV Sister” Tiffany Espensen and I briefly interviewed her as well…

I also met Dillon Lane, “Skinner” himself…

And I spoke with him on the “red carpet” too.

It really was such a shame for Nick purposefully scred over this great group of people.

But to be there for the mini reunion? Priceless. 🙂

…I’m guessing Kenton Duty just knows everyone. xD

There are a lot of great candids from the event in the gallery…

… so be sure to click any pic above to see the full set if you haven’t already.

Ashley Argota – Kids Help Children Benefit

Well, Sunday was a big day for me. I finally got to meet Ashley Argota.

But I’m getting ahead of myself. Let’s start at the begining.

Miss Argota attended the 3rd annual Kids Help Children Benefit this past Sunday at the Anaheim Hilton.

The event is a fundraiser for CHOC, Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

And not only was I there, I had a reserved spot on the press line which is how I got these exclusive, orginal “red carpet” pics…

… and an interview.

I just gotta say, Ashley is a real sweetheart and I wish her all the best with her music and other new projects.

You’ll find all of the photos from the event in one big gallery by clicking on any picture above. I’ll be adding several more posts here and on DC Fans about the other people I saw and spoke with at the event.
