Of course, she knew she was gonna be on TV, so I’m sure she made sure she was all gussied up. 😉

She was filming a piece for Extra at The Grove shopping mall in LA.

They do this sort of thing all the time, but they don’t give enough notice for me to actually be able to go to these sort of things.

Did I mention that Victoria looks really cute here?
