i think in certain areas its safe to ride bikes, remeber when miley used to all the time, and yeah thats her boyfriend ryan rotman he is an actor and played her boyfriend in one of the victorious episodes hes also like 27 and bffs with zac effron.(i know its weird i know that much…) anyway she looks cute and happy and im loving her wearing that billy squire shirt lol.
The boyfriend’s name is Ryan Rottman, and he was on the Victorious episode, Beggin’ on Your Knees. He was also on the Nickelodeon show, Gigantic. Victoria looks cute in those pink shorts.
